What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately once a domain transfer process has begun, the asset (the domain name) will eventually be yours and cannot be cancelled half way. Based on this, there are no refunds allowed. . You are however 100% protected by our third party escrow and payment provider. If for some reason we are unable to transfer the domain you will be 100% refunded, guaranteed.
